What type of hair do you use?

All OlivHairSupply and BiziLuxe extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair. Remy hair is the highest quality available � cuticles are aligned in the same direction, which means the hair moves naturally, resists tangling and maintains its luxury finish for far longer than standard hair.

How long do BiziLuxe extensions last?

With proper care, BiziLuxe extensions typically last 3 to 6 months before they require repositioning or replacement. Many clients enjoy their hair for significantly longer with the right aftercare routine. Our team provides a personalised aftercare plan with every installation.

Can extensions damage my natural hair?

When installed correctly by a trained specialist and maintained properly, extensions should not cause damage to your natural hair. Our specialists are trained to work with the health of your natural hair as the primary consideration. We will always advise against installation if we believe your hair is not in suitable condition.

What extension methods do you offer?

We offer clip-ins, tape-ins, hand-tied wefts and wig installation. Each method has its own advantages depending on your hair type, lifestyle and desired result. Your specialist will recommend the best method during your consultation.

Can I colour or heat-style the hair?

Yes. BiziLuxe hair can be heat-styled and, in most cases, coloured. We always recommend consulting with our team before colouring, as the process varies by extension type and current shade. Heat styling should be used with a quality heat protectant to maintain longevity.

How do I care for my extensions?

We provide every client with a personalised aftercare guide. In general: brush gently from ends to roots, wash with sulphate-free products, avoid sleeping with wet hair and use a silk pillowcase. Monthly maintenance appointments are recommended for semi-permanent methods.

Do you offer different textures?

Yes. Our BiziLuxe range includes straight, body wave and light wave textures. If you are looking for a specific texture not listed on our site, please contact us � we can often source custom textures to match your natural hair precisely.

Are your extensions suitable for all hair types?

Our extensions are suitable for most hair types, including fine, medium and thick hair. During your consultation, your specialist will assess your natural hair and recommend the most compatible extension method and weight for your specific hair type.

Booking and Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our Appointment page, by contacting us via WhatsApp, or by calling either of our Berlin salons. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for weekend appointments and longer services.

Do I need a consultation first?

For first-time clients and complex services such as hand-tied wefts or wig installation, a consultation is strongly recommended. It allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals and recommend the best approach. Consultations are available in-salon and can be booked online. A consultation fee applies and is redeemable against your service.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a partial loss of deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Do you offer home service?

Yes. Our luxury home service brings the full OlivHairSupply experience to your door. Home service is available in selected areas across Berlin. To request a home visit, please contact us directly with your location and preferred date.

How long does installation take?

Installation times vary by method. Clip-ins take approximately 45 minutes, tape-ins 90 minutes, hand-tied wefts up to 2 hours, and wig installation around 60 minutes. Colour and customisation services add additional time. Your specialist will give you a precise timing estimate during booking.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, dry hair and no product buildup if possible. Avoid applying heavy oils or serums for 48 hours before your appointment. For tape-in appointments specifically, the hair must be completely free of silicone-based products. Your booking confirmation email will include specific preparation instructions.

Orders and Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. OlivHairSupply ships worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during transit. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Standard EU delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. UK and European orders outside the EU take 5 to 7 business days. International orders outside Europe typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping is available for most destinations and can be selected at checkout. Express orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order directly through your OlivHairSupply account. If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days of ordering, please contact our team.

Are customs fees included?

For EU orders, all applicable taxes are included in your order total. For orders outside the EU � including the UK � customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return hair products?

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, hair products can only be returned if they are unused, in their original sealed packaging and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Hair that has been opened, worn or altered cannot be returned.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, sealed products. Please contact our team at info@olivhairsupply.de to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you have received an incorrect item or would like to exchange for a different length or shade, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns.

What if I receive a faulty item?

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as a priority and cover all return shipping costs for confirmed faults.

What makes BiziLuxe hair premium?

BiziLuxe is our curated line of 100% Remy human hair, sourced ethically and tested to meet our strict quality standards before it reaches you. Every batch is selected for consistency of colour, weight and texture. The result is hair that blends seamlessly, behaves naturally and lasts significantly longer than lower-grade alternatives.

How many bundles do I need?

The number of bundles depends on your desired result, the extension method and your natural hair density. As a general guide, most clients require between 2 and 4 bundles for a full look. Our team will advise you during your consultation to ensure you purchase exactly what you need � no more, no less.

What lengths do you offer?

BiziLuxe hair is available from 12 inches to 30 inches depending on the product line and extension method. Lengths are listed on each individual product page. If you require a length outside our standard range, please contact us to discuss a custom order.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. We accept custom orders for specific lengths, textures or colour combinations not available in our standard range. Custom orders typically require 2 to 4 weeks lead time. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote and timeline.

How should I store my hair?

Store your BiziLuxe hair in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it in the original packaging or a clean bag, ensuring it is free of tangles before storing. Avoid storing in humid environments such as bathrooms. Proper storage extends the life of your hair significantly.

Training Academy

Who can enroll in training?

Our training programmes are open to anyone with a genuine interest in the luxury hair industry � from complete beginners to experienced stylists looking to upgrade their skills. We also welcome salon owners, beauty entrepreneurs and career changers. No prior qualification is required for our Foundation programme.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience is required for the Beginner Foundation programme. For our Advanced Installation and Master Business and Brand programmes, we recommend a basic understanding of hair or prior completion of the Foundation level. Each programme is designed to build on the last.

What will I learn during training?

Our curriculum covers hair sourcing and quality assessment, installation techniques across all major methods, colour matching and blending, client consultation skills, aftercare systems, pricing strategy and business development. The depth of each topic increases across our three programme levels.

How long are the courses?

The Beginner Foundation is a 1-day intensive. The Advanced Installation programme runs over 2 days. The Master Business and Brand programme takes 2 to 3 days depending on the group and pace. All sessions are delivered in small groups for maximum hands-on time.

Do I receive certification?

Yes. On successful completion of any OlivHairSupply Academy programme, you will receive an official OlivHairSupply Certification. This certificate recognises your expertise in luxury hair systems and can be used to demonstrate your professional credentials to clients and employers.

Can I start a business after training?

Absolutely. Our Master Business and Brand programme is specifically designed to equip you with the skills, strategy and confidence to launch and grow a luxury hair business. Many of our graduates have gone on to build successful independent practices, salon careers and product-led businesses using our training as their foundation.

Are training materials included?

Yes. All training materials, including BiziLuxe practice hair, tools and a comprehensive course guide, are included in the programme price. You will leave each session with everything you need to practise and apply your new skills immediately.

How do I book a training session?

Training sessions can be booked via our Training Academy page or by contacting us directly. Places are limited per session and fill quickly. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Affiliate Programme

How does the affiliate programme work?

The OlivHairSupply affiliate programme allows you to earn commission by referring customers to our store. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link. Every qualifying purchase made through your link earns you a commission. You can track your performance and earnings through your affiliate dashboard.

How do I join?

Visit our Affiliate page and complete the application form. We review all applications within 3 to 5 business days. We look for affiliates who are genuinely aligned with our brand values and have an engaged audience interested in luxury hair and beauty.

How do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal, whichever you prefer. A minimum payout threshold applies. Full details of commission rates, payment schedules and terms are provided on approval to the programme.

Can anyone apply?

Our programme is open to content creators, stylists, salon professionals, influencers and anyone with a platform relevant to our audience. We do not require a minimum follower count, but we look for genuine engagement and brand alignment. Quality over quantity is our approach.
